This Privacy Policy describes how OnPoint Appraisal Services, Inc. (dba OnPoint Appraisals) ("we," "us") of Fresno, California collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our residential appraisal services and our website.

Information we collect

• Contact information you or your lender/AMC provide for an appraisal order, such as name, phone number, email address, and property address.
• Information needed to schedule and complete a property inspection, such as access instructions and preferred appointment times.
• Basic technical information from website visits (for example, browser type), which our hosting provider may log.

How we use information

We use information only to perform appraisal services: to schedule, confirm, and complete property inspections, communicate about an order, and deliver reports to the ordering client as required.

SMS / text messaging

If you opt in to OnPoint Appraisals Inspection Text Updates, we collect your mobile phone number, your name, the related property address (if provided), and a record of your consent (date, time, and method — web form or verbal by phone).

Your mobile number is used only to send appraisal inspection scheduling, confirmation, and reminder messages and to respond to your replies.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with service providers that deliver messages on our behalf (such as our SMS provider, Twilio), solely to send the messages you requested.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share order information only with the lender, AMC, or client who ordered the appraisal, with service providers who help us operate (such as messaging and hosting providers), or when required by law or appraisal regulations.

Data retention and security

We keep records as long as needed for the appraisal and as required by applicable appraisal record-keeping rules, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect them.

Your choices

You may ask us to update your contact information or stop text messages at any time by contacting us or replying STOP.
