Homeowners, borrowers, and agents on an appraisal order who opt in receive text messages from OnPoint Appraisal Services, Inc. (dba OnPoint Appraisals), sent from (559) 238-8004, to schedule, confirm, and remind them of property appraisal inspections. You can opt in on our Text Updates page or verbally by phone.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies (typically 1–5 messages per appraisal).

Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to cancel. After you send STOP, we will send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed and no further messages will be sent.
